Episode 5 sees Bruce Miller and Steve Hull explain why the ATEX-approved infrared heater is so unique!

Video transcript:

Hi there, it’s Bruce and Steve here at SunSwitch. Thanks again for tuning in.

This week in episode 5 of SunSwitch Tuesday’s we wanted to talk about the flagship product in our range, which is the ATEX approved heater.

So, what makes this heater so unique, Bruce?

This is genuinely a unique and patented product and is in fact the only ATEX approved radiant short-wave infrared heater in the world, and because ATEX zones are very well ventilated which means that convection type heaters that warms up the surrounding air, this warm air is then blown around and extracted along with any fumes and/or hazardous dust particles making it extremely inefficient and ineffective.  This is why this ATEX-approved Short-Wave Infrared heater is so perfectly suited for a high air movement ATEX-zone, because the radiant heat it produces cannot be blown or sucked away, as it only warming people and solid objects, making it the most efficient heating solution you can invest in for your ATEX zone!

The fact that no air movement is being generated by this heater, means that dust circulation in these environments is not an issue, creating a much healthier working environment for staff to work in.

So, in summary, this is not just an ATEX approved heater but one that will also reduce your energy costs by up to 70% when compared with other warm-air heating systems and being zero carbon, it will reduce your carbon footprint too!

Thanks for watching and if we can be of any assistance to you in your requirements for an ATEX heating solution and have any detailed questions then please get in touch. Thanks and we’ll see you again next week!
