Garage heating
With their large opening doors, high ceilings and large floor spaces it can be hard to keep workers warm inside commercial garages, vehicle body shops and repair centres. Our range of infrared heaters provide the perfect solution.
- Reduce your energy costs by up to 70%
- Immediate heat where and when it's needed
- No heat dispersion—does not drift away in a large open space
- Minimal installation costs and very low maintenance
- Does not cause air movement or condensation
- Does not produce C02
Upgrade your Commercial Garage Heating

The advantages of electric infrared heating for the automotive sector:
- Instant heat one second, one click
- Clean energy, does not pollute, does not emit harmful substances and CO2
- Safe energy, thermal shock resistant bulbs
- Significant energy savings, over 92% of the energy used is converted into heat. This heat is significantly boosted by the special reflectors that make these heaters the most powerful on the market, and with the lowest absorption of electrical energy.
- Adjustment, easy and immediate heat setting
- Maintenance-free, long bulb life (approx. 7,000 hours)
- Possibility of focusing the heat, zone heating
Heating workplaces, in large spaces or rooms that are draughty due to the constant opening of doors, can be problematic. For this reason, traditional heating systems that produce hot air are not the optimal solution, as this is dispersed into the environment and the ceiling cavity.
With SunSwitch infrared heaters, infrared heat can be directed just like light, to exactly those areas that need it, and only when needed. The infrared heaters use infrared heat radiation; the heat remains stationary and localised, like a heat bubble, in areas where people are present and does not disperse into the ceiling cavity or through openings. It can also be easily installed anywhere and with considerable economic advantages.
Shortwave infrared electric heaters are the most effective solution in environments subject to sudden opening and closing of entrances. This is because by not heating the air, there is no heat loss. As the heat is only localised to the specific workstations of the operators, it is possible to heat the individual workstations, whether they are diagnostic workstations, tyre disassembly stations, oil changes posts, work pits, etc.
In addition, by not circulating dust, the environment remains cleaner and healthier for the operators, and the absence of airborne dust does not compromise the finishing of the paintwork.
A wide range of models designed to solve the problem of heating, even in humid environments and with the presence of detergents, or in ATEX environments at risk of fire due to the presence of waste oil, fuels and chemical additives. SunSwitch heaters are also ideal for keeping stored paints at a constant temperature or for keeping valves and equipment at a certain temperature to prevent them from freezing overnight. The mobile models, on the other hand, guarantee maximum flexibility and can be easily moved in case of interventions, even in emergencies, inside and outside the workshop.
Heating professional work areas
A complete line of infrared heaters to cover the most diverse working areas with maximum efficiency, without the dispersion of high ceilings or the continual opening of doors for vehicles.
Heating Hospitality Areas
A line of infrared heaters that combines efficiency with a special attention to design to fit stylishly into every hospitality area.
Heating environments to Atex standards
A line of infrared heaters built and tested to operate safely in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres, and manufactured in compliance with current ATEX standards.
Bespoke Control Panels
Our off-the-shelf controllers listed below go up to 6kW and are great when installing one or two heaters. However, for larger industrial installations, where multiple heaters exceeding 6kW are being used to warm an area and require to be controlled simultaneously, we also offer bespoke control panels.
